CBD & THC are compounds found within the cannabis plant called cannabinoids. However, both give you very different results. CBD is non-psychoactive and does not give you the feeling of being “high.” THC is psychoactive and gives you a “high” feeling. The CBD and THC we use in our products are derived from hemp that’s grown in the United States.

To craft our products, we first ensure that the CBD or THC particles are broken down small enough to be easily infused with water and rapidly absorbed by the human body. We then infuse the broken-down particles with filtered water and botanical flavors to create our CBD and THC beverages. All of our processes carefully preserve the integrity of the cannabis plant so we can offer the safest ingredients and highest quality taste.

Mighty Kind beverages are fully compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. We use federally legal Delta-9 THC, which is derived from the hemp plant and accounts for no more than 0.3% net weight of the product. However, please check your individual state’s laws.

We recommend you do not consume products purchased on this site if you are pregnant, lactating, suffering from a medical condition, or taking other medications. We also recommend you consult your physician before consuming any of our products.

Our products are not intended for use by persons under 21 years of age. KEEP PRODUCTS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.

First, please note that consuming any Mighty Kind beverages that contain THC may cause a positive drug test result.

As for CBD, we infuse these beverages with CBD only, no THC. We use third-party laboratories to test our CBD beverages for cannabinoid potency to ensure they are THC-free.

However, because drug tests vary as to what compounds are being tested and analyzed, we can’t make any guarantees or claims regarding the use of our products and drug tests. We recommend you consult with your physician or employer if you have concerns about passing drug tests.

Mighty Kind seltzers do not contain calories, sugar, sweeteners, artificial ingredients, sodium, or carbs. Mighty Kind sodas are made with pure cane sugar.

Yes. All Mighty Kind products are gluten-free.

Yes, you can add multiple gift certificate products to your cart. Each gift certificate will be sent to the identified recipients immediately after purchase. Mighty Kind gift certificates are non-refundable, valid for face value only, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Our gift certificates expire 360 days from the date of purchase. The expiration date is shown on each gift certificate.

Yes. There are two ways to send a Mighty Kind gift certificate as a gift.

If you want to send the gift certificate to the recipient immediately, you can include their email address in the “Recipient’s Email” box, along with an optional message in the provided box. Please note this will be delivered immediately and cannot be recalled.

Alternatively, you can send the gift certificate to your email address, then forward it at the appropriate time or print the certificate and give as a physical gift to the recipient.
